Well,Napfa test yesterday. Did Badly compared to last year.

inclined pull up:11
sit & reach:50
sit up:32
shuttle run:10.2
2.4km:13.43
Felt so insulted by what that person said.
Today training,quite interesting. But there's a lot of injuries!!!

rita-calf muscle
wei ling:giddy
me,cas,weiyan,vivian,delaila-hand!!! haha
i never regret going alone although i'm sad.
